Operations Co-ordinator
Location: Ashford, Feltham
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their growing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll coordinate deliveries, installations and customer projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating deliveries, collections, relocations and installations.
Managing customer orders from enquiry through to completion.
Booking jobs, raising paperwork and keeping systems updated.
Providing quotations and handling customer enquiries.
Keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
Resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Managing shared inboxes and supporting the wider operations team.
Producing reports, assisting with inventory and ensuring accurate job files.What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in customer service or operations coordination.
Experience within logistics, transport, installations or a similar environment is a bonus.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for problem solving.
