The Opportunity
The role of the Operational Coordinator is to provide support in the day-to-day functions in the operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Provide adhoc support to the Operational Management Team as and when required
Monitoring of various mailboxes and distribution to the relevant department/s
Ownership of processing C2 request
Preparation of weekly and monthly RRD reports for the Operational team/Board
Assist with the process of Points of Connection (POC) request within the Asset Management team
Assist with CONS29 Drainage & Water Searches
Support other functions within the Business Operations Support Team should the need arise in order to provide cover as and when required

About You
Excellent organisational skills
Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate and display professionalism at all levels
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to adjust priorities if/when urgent matters arise
