Remuneration: £25,600 + bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

The role of the Operations Coordinator – Facades will involve:

* Operations Coordinator position dealing with the coordination of logistics and supply for the supply of a range of construction products and accessories

* Provide administrative support across logistics, purchasing and general operations.

* Coordinate deliveries, courier bookings and transport requirements, resolving any issues or delays.

* Manage purchase orders, stock requirements and supplier communications.

* Maintain accurate records, documentation and systems, including PODs, logistics data and purchasing information.

* Support KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance and continuous improvement projects.

The ideal applicant will be a Operations Coordinator – Facades with:

* Must have administration experience within construction

* Must have exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing etc

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Confidence emailing and calling different stakeholders

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Organised, dynamic and self-motivated
