Job Title: Operations DirectorLocation: Cramlington, Fenham and Bedlington, with additional sites planned within the next 18 months.Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 FTE, depending on experience and qualifications.Hours: 40 hours per weekClosing Date: 7th May, subject to being closed earlyHolidays: 38-day paid holiday (including bank holidays), with additional unpaid holiday schemes and extra days for full attendance.

Role Overview: As the Operations Director, you will support the CEO in delivering the mission of Little Angels, achieving excellence in all we do for our children and empowering our adults to achieve. You will be an esteemed and respected leader of our team of passionate experts in the field. You will embrace the exciting new phase of our carefully considered expansion programme.

• Lead and model the company's core values
• Ensure respectful relationships with children and adults

• Maintain high standards of quality control
• Manage financial targets and implement budget controls
• Oversee facilities management
• Oversee human resources across the organisation
• Drive the company's growth and expansion plans

Person Specification:

• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a large setting or group of settings
• Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (desirable)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to think strategically and work independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Level 6 degree and leadership qualifications (desirable)
• Full driving licence and transport
