This is a brilliant opportunity for an Operations Director to join an exciting and rapidly growing company who will offer autonomy and the ability to bring your strategy, implementation and ideas.

The company deliver niche and popular software solutions in the fashion sector. All their processes are innovated and designed in house by experienced software professionals and due to increased demand, they are now looking to expand senior leadership team to manage functions and oversee further growth.

In this role you will manage the supply chain management software projects, overseeing a team of 10 (all remote). Whilst simultaneously managing multiple projects you will also oversee revenue and budgets and provide insight to the MD, who you will report directly to.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations Manager / Director with excellent knowledge of software/SaaS implementation and supply chain management. You will need be a natural and expert people leader with the ability to drive teams forward and success.

The Role:

• Manage supply chain management /ERP software projects.
• Oversee a remote team of 10.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage revenue and budgets.
• Provide insights to the MD and report directly.

The Person:

• Experienced Operations Manager or Director.
• Strong knowledge of software/SaaS implementation and supply chain management within the software industry.
• Expert people leader with natural leadership skills.
• Ability to drive teams forward and ensure success.
