We're on the lookout for a hands-on, forward-thinking Operations Director to lead the day-to-day running of a major retail and leisure destination. You'll be the go-to person for everything from facilities and safety to team leadership and guest experience.

What you'll do:

• Lead and inspire a top-notch ops team
• Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning & more
• Drive innovation and high standards
• Keep things safe, smooth, and guest-focused
• Manage budgets and big projects

What you'll need:

• Strong leadership and people skills
• Experience in retail, leisure, or property ops
• Solid H&S knowledge (IOSH or similar)
• A passion for great service and smart solutions
