Operations Director

FRS are recruiting an Operations Director for a dynamic and growing SME manufacturing business based in Northampton, known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

This is a leadership opportunity to work directly alongside the Managing Director & drive improvements, ensure operational efficiency & drive the business forward.

With a strong reputation in their sector and a clear growth strategy, the Director is now looking to recruit an Operations Manager to grow with the business wit potential progression available in the future.

Duties Will Include

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives / Directors ambition
• Drive operational efficiencies & looking at cost savings
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure product standards are maintained
• Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with finance, sales & other departments to ensure seamless day to day operations
• Report regularly to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning
