• Owning the financial operations – from forecasting and cash flow to delivering clear, actionable insights for the leadership team
  


• Steering the HR strategy to ensure they attract, develop, and retain great people
  


• Overseeing facilities, suppliers, and contracts to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
  


• Leading and inspiring the HR Manager and Bookkeeper to deliver their best work
  


• Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in finance, operations, or similar
  


• A strong financial brain and the ability to translate data into real business impact
  


• Solid HR and compliance knowledge
  


• Experience managing facilities, vendors, and budgets
  


• Natural leadership and influencing skills at senior level
  


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strategic edge
  


• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are a big plus
