About Position
As a result of their substantial growth, we currently recruit for the Operations Director who will oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff and resources, setting goals and budgets, evaluating performance, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Setting strategic goals and making decisions for operational activities to drive the overall growth and profitability of the company. Supervising and managing staff from different departments to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination. Evaluating the efficiency of existing business procedures and implementing improvements to optimise productivity. Managing the operations budgets to make informed decisions and enhance profitability. Data analysis and strategic planning to optimize processes, growth and efficiency Communicating policies and directives to managers and staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Identifying ways to enhance customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering essential Extensive operations management experience +10yrs Significant industry experience in continual improvement methodologies and/or lean 6-sigma to improve processes In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles e.g., warehousing, logistics, finance, HR, customer service etc Analytical skills to evaluate data and performance/operation metrics Excellent inter-personal and negotiating skills Excellent organisational and leadership abilities Excellent time management skills Excellent decision-making skills
