Suppleo healthcare are proud to announce we are working with a leading UK eldercare provider and are now looking for a Wales based operations manager to join their stella management team

As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are recruiting to the pivotal role of Operations Director for Wales. This Senior role will lead our team across fifteen Care Homes, providing strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the owners and wider leadership team to shape our services and continue our excellence care provision.

Responsibilities

* To provide effective leadership and line management to the Operations’ Managers and their teams.

* To drive standards of excellence through a well-motivated and skilled team

* To ensure each resident receives compassionate and person-centred care

* To embed a culture of compassionate leadership across the Homes, which facilitates an environment where individuals can learn safely.

* To manage performance and compliance (regulatory, contractual and organizational) across all Care Homes.

* To drive performance and operational excellence

* To evaluate standards within all new Care Homes (after acquisition) and work with teams locally to embed organizational culture and standards

* To manage the financial performance of the Homes

Requirements

* An experienced strategic senior leader with health and social care

* A strong people leader with experience leading dispersed teams

* Influential, builds trust and motivation in others
