Operations Executive (Testing & Dispatch)
Based in Mountain Ash On-site only
Full-time, Permanent
£12.30 per hour | 37.5 hrs/week + optional overtime

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech business that specialises in refurbished consumer electronics.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and who gets satisfaction from getting things done.

About the role:

You'll be working in a small, friendly team and will be responsible for:

• Testing and grading mobile phones, tablets, and wearables

• Preparing and dispatching orders

• Managing incoming stock

• Logging inventory and handling returns

• Occasionally answering customer queries via email or phone

This work is important but repetitive it suits someone who enjoys routine tasks and likes being part of a steady, productive environment.

You're free to listen to music, audiobooks, or podcasts while you work.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Standard office hours (on-site only)

• Optional overtime available

You'll need to reliably commute to Mountain Ash (or plan to relocate before starting).
