Operations Executive

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast growing, tech driven energy consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative energy solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Operations team with the addition of an Operations Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious business where you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and contract processing through to ongoing account support.

The Role:

As an Operations Executive, you'll work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure contracts are processed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing and monitoring customer contracts through supplier portals

* Supporting customer onboarding and ensuring a seamless transition to live services

* Managing operational queries relating to billing, metering, contracts and usage

* Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes

* Producing reports and analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities

* Supporting customer retention initiatives and helping to drive long-term satisfaction

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience in an operations, customer support, account management or similar role

* Energy sector experience is desirable but not essential

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

* Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot would be advantageous

* Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team
