Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Weds/Thurs at our office in the heart of Camden Town, 2 mins from Chalk Farm tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.

Job Purpose
As Operations Assistant your role will be to support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day administration supporting our global logistics and fulfilment.

This role sits at the heart of the Operations function and has responsibility for delivering exceptional service to our customers worldwide by helping us to maintain an efficient operational flow. Working closely with our external logistics partners and internal commercial teams, you will be a key component to achieving our vision of a world class supply and distribution chain.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and commercially minded person who can help this important part of our business grow, through their ability to create and develop positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
·

Assist with the management of the administration of our supply chain including

monitoring/organising

delivery of inbound containers to our warehouses, invoice checking and quality control
·

Day to day point of contact for our global warehouses and our internal Customer Experience and commercial teams
·

Assist in the management of our courier services and constantly be reviewing/looking to improve the delivery proposition to the customer and the cost impact on the business.
·

Monitor and assist in management our inventory across our multiple global warehouses
·

Manage/optimise our software systems to ensure working

correctly/efficiently
·

Strategic monthly and ad-hoc KPI reporting, including highlighting opportunities and making recommendations for service improvement or cost savings
·

Work with our Amazon team to monitor/review stock replenishment and make necessary bookings on seller central.
Supporting with other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required, within the Operations Team and the wider company as necessary including general office administration duties

Advantageous:
·

Experience of working within a supply chain position.
·

Experience in a customer service focused role.
·

An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga
·

Experience working in the health and fitness and/or yoga industry
·

Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing ecommerce business
