Job Title: Operations Finance Manager
Location: Peterborough (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)
Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Veracious Talent Partners are proud to be supporting a global FMCG group as they reshape their operational finance function. They are looking to appoint a Operations Finance Manager into a newly defined, high-impact role.

This is more than just a BAU business partnering role. It’s a chance to collaborate with one of the region’s most forward-thinking finance leaders, and to play a pivotal part in a wider transformation programme that’s redefining how finance supports the operation.

Based in Peterborough, you'll join a commercially driven business with big plans for growth and performance. And they’re not looking for just anyone, they’re targeting the best ops finance talent in the region.

• Partnering directly with site leadership to drive performance, influence planning, and embed financial accountability

• Taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across key cost areas

• Leading on data interpretation and insight to support operational decisions

• Managing and coaching a small team

• Supporting the ongoing finance transformation and contributing to continuous improvement projects

• A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong commercial acumen

• Proven background in operational finance, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment

• Confident communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across operations

• Energetic and driven, with a desire to be part of a high-performance, change-focused team

• Experience managing or mentoring others would be a plus

• £70,000-£75,000 salary
