Operations Implementation Associate (DC Pensions)

A key role within a specialist UK DC retirement solutions team at a global investment manager, overseeing the implementation and evolution of multi-asset investment propositions. This position sits at the heart of DC operations, supporting both business-as-usual delivery and strategic investment change.

• Support customised DC retirement and default solutions within a well-established global investment house
• Lead operational implementation of fund launches, transitions, and BAU investment changes
• Contribute to the development of default strategies, including projects involving target date fund structures

• Essential: proven experience in a DC pensions-focused operations or delivery role
• Strong understanding of the UK DC regulatory environment and hands-on experience implementing investment changes
• Target date fund experience highly desirable, alongside strong data, reconciliation, and Excel skills
