At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Lead to be a crucial part of our innovative urban mobility team in London. Our client is a pioneering smart-mobility provider dedicated to transforming city landscapes with a suite of innovative transportation solutions.

Shift Patterns:
- 5 days out of 7 - Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay Rates:
- £15.50/h with possibility of going to £16.50/h if consistent performance is achieved within 6 months

As an Operations Lead, you will need to have:

- Proven experience in Operations, Logistics, delivery, and/or inventory management
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps and navigating tech tools
- Strong command of Excel spreadsheets
- Physical agility to handle tasks involving bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35kg regularly
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Role of an Operations Lead:

- Supervise a team of Operations Specialists/Associates
- Address potential customer service complaints and manage Customer Experience concerns
- Collaborate with Borough Stakeholders to resolve issues
- Manage shifts and schedules
- Ensure deployment of bikes or scooters in high-demand areas
- Oversee back-end tracking platforms to maintain KPIs
- Operate a van with a team to redistribute bikes as needed
- Respond to and delegate tasks as necessary
