Operations Manager

A long standing partner of ours are looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing business and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the smooth running of business functions and processes. The role will be undertaken with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing management of user requests and support requests from colleagues
• Responsible for management of the smooth running of business systems
• Process management and improvement across the business
• Document management control
• Improving company efficiencies through analysis of data
• General management and coaching of operations support team

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of managing a team
• Ideally experience within an operations or business management position
• Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
• Excellent communication skills
