Operations Manager

We have been asked to recruit an Operations Manager for a company based in Rugby.

Day to day you’ll work closely with Senior Leadership and Head of Departments to ensure the right infrastructure, people, and tech are in place.

This is a varied yet challenging role, no day will be the same and you will play a crucial role within the business.

What they need is a people person, someone who is proactive and good with systems/processes.

The company has multiple offices in the UK with big plans for growth…

• Establish scalable, repeatable operational models to support future acquisitions and organic growth.
• Standardise and refine workflows across offices and teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee implementation and optimisation of key software platforms.
• Support resource planning across offices, monitoring capacity and utilisation.
• Build strong relationships across all offices to support alignment, communication, and engagement.
