Are you an operations manager with experience in supplying into the nuclear and energy sectors looking to join a reputable company that offers progression and industry training?

This company was established just under a decade ago and since then has grown to supplying beyond the UK to internationally. The company are a stockholder of stainless steel and nickel alloys, as well as possess the infrastructure for the machining of the products.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to manage a team of six to ensure the daily functionality of the warehouse. You will need to maintain a strong relationship with both suppliers and clients to verify that deliveries, in and out of the business, are timely and correct.

The Role:

• 8-4 Monday - Friday
• Be responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse and daily production
• Work to train others in the team to develop those around you
• Lead a team of 6 and be involved with the supply chain management
• Ensure the safety and quality standards are met
• Work interdepartmentally to complete client's needs and be involved in the full manufacturing process

The Person:

• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Experience in a leadership role
