Job Title: Operations Manger

Salary: £45,000 + Bonus

Work Type: On site

Locations: Birmingham

The Duties:

• Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
• Work alongside Stock Controllers and Senior Operations
• Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
• Management of a 3PL Function
• Set and manage KPIs in agreement with the Operations Director.
• Support daily cycle counting and year-end stock
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
