An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a fast-growing, family-run manufacturing business at their Coventry site. The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the Coventry site. You will lead and develop a team of around 150 direct reports, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to play a critical part in the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality targets are met
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and performance
• Motivate, manage, and develop a large operational team
• Oversee production planning, workflow optimisation, and resource management
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other site managers across the UK

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role within manufacturing
• Strong people management skills with experience overseeing large teams
• A hands-on, results-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A solid understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
