As an operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure the efficient production processes, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, optimising productivity and maintaining quality output.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.
• Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets.
