Operations Manager Location: Near Wolverhampton Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 DOE 51 hours per week including Saturdays Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations across warehouse, customer service, admin, and support teams
Ensure high standards of productivity, accuracy, and service are maintained across all functions
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational workflows
Lead, support, and develop staff across multiple departments, fostering a positive and performance-led culture
Manage resources effectively to meet business goals, including planning rotas and supporting staff recruitment
Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives and monitor KPIs
Support stock control, dispatch, and delivery functions to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an operations or similar leadership role
Strong people management skills and a proactive leadership style
Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and office-based operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a hands-on role across both office and operational areas
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive improvements
Degree-level education or relevant qualifications are advantageous
