Description
A senior role on the project providing clear and inspirational leadership to the Operational Support Group, this group being one of three core groups. Communicating with the widest range of stakeholders on the project, fostering and developing high trust, high quality relationships to influence across all project teams. As an integral part of the senior leadership team lead by example to deliver key operational objectives as the project develops over the coming years.
As part of a senior leadership team support the Chief Executive Officer in the delivery of an ultra high standard hospitality offering
Along with senior colleagues, deputise for the Chief Executive Officer as required.
Lead and manage the Function Leads within the Operational Support Group.
Co-ordinate the outputs of the Operations Support Functions Leads to deliver a seamless guest offering to the highest hospitality standards.
Provide strong leadership, support and direction for key reports from Finance, Health and Safety, Marine Fleet and IT Communications.
Ensure that the logistics chain, moving goods, people and materials around the project sites and properties, is efficient and effective.
Work closely with and across Teams including Guest Services and Regeneration and Communities to support them to deliver key organisational objectives.
Collaborate across, and with, all Teams providing leadership by example.
With fellow Group Leads, deputise for CEO when required.
Profile

High level and broad experience in an operations environment within a medium size, dynamic organisation.
You will have experience of a high-quality hospitality setting and will be able to recognise excellent customer service.
You will have experience of working at a senior level and of providing guidance and advice to a CEO.
You will have experience of leading a team of professional experts and of building a dynamic team with a focus on developing the skills and abilities of your direct reports.
You will have highly developed ability to identify and recruit suitable new starts to your team.
