OPERATIONS MANAGER

Hours: full time, hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a well-established, licensed practice based in the heart of Leeds city centre. This is an amazing opening to lead and develop the operations of the dedicated Residential Conveyancing team, ensuring the achievement of objectives and client requirements.

Daily Duties

• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients through attending meetings, delivering presentations and taking part in client hospitality
• Implementing process changes and enhancements
• Working to improve exchange conversion across all teams, conducting regular analysis of performance
• Managing complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolution in line with a complaints procedure.

Required Skills

• Previous team leader experience is desirable
• Previous experience within residential conveyancing is desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills.
