They are seeking a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, and logistics. As Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external quality and safety standards
• Oversee procurement and stock control of raw materials and packaging supplies
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure smooth delivery operations
• Support senior management with strategic planning and operational insights

As Operations Manager, you will have:

• A solid background in manufacturing, ideally with experience handling raw materials
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar operations or production management role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality compliance standards
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
