The Role

This is a critical operational leadership role focused on the end-to-end delivery of environmental services. The Operations Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day management of scheduling, team performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance. With a strong focus on process improvement, resource optimisation, and data-driven decision-making, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and high-quality service execution. Key accountabilities include remedial work scheduling, fleet and van readiness, overtime control, safety audits, and compliance documentation. The role requires close collaboration with account management and warehousing, alongside the implementation of operational improvements that align with wider business goals.

The Person

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware operations leader with at least five years' experience in a service delivery or facilities management setting. You will bring a proven ability to lead teams, manage scheduling complexities, and drive performance improvements through structured feedback, coaching, and KPIs. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on management skills, demonstrating strength in communication, problem-solving, and project management with a good understanding of performance analytics.
