We are working with an industry leading manufacturing business to recruit an Operations Manager to join them at an exciting time of expansion! This business has a great reputation, they’ve had a lot of investment, and they continue to go from strength to strength.

They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will oversee the daily operations across the state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will ensure consistent quality, profitability and service delivery.

Operations Manager - Requirements & Responsibilities

• Must have a qualification within Operations Management or a related field
• Must have manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Will possess a solid understanding of lean methodologies and manufacturing processes
• Responsible for maintaining KPI’s and team performance
• Work collaboratively supporting department heads to drive success
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Consistently maintain compliance across health and safety standards and regulations
• Monitoring production schedules and client satisfaction
• Train and support the manufacturing team
• Leading a team of skilled professionals, optimising productivity whilst maintaining quality output
• Knowledge and understanding of HSE regulations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to deliver results and findings to board level and senior management
• Ambitious with a strategic approach and a positive attitude!
