Excellent opportunity for a senior-level Operations Manager to join a highly respected and well-established manufacturing business, playing a vital leadership role across multiple operational departments within a specialised sector.

This industry leader provides premium-grade products for major retailers and global partners, with a long-standing reputation for quality, scale, and innovation. As the business continues to grow its market share, they're seeking a dynamic professional to lead site operations, reporting directly to group-level leadership.

In this role, you'll take charge of all site-level performance, driving quality, efficiency, and compliance across production, technical, engineering, HR, and health & safety. You'll lead a team of six department heads and be the senior contact for group-wide operations directors.

This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-specification environment. The successful candidate will be an established leader with experience in food or meat processing environment with a strong commercial mindset.

The Role:

• Oversee end-to-end site operations (Mon-Fri)
• Lead six direct reports across production, engineering, technical, loading, and H&S and HR
• Work closely with Group Directors to align site performance with wider business strategy

The Candidate:

• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a food, FMCG, or processing environment
• Strong understanding of operational performance, cost control, and material flow
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
