Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £50,000, depending on experience

Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday (weekend flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you'll be a key figure in ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standards. Your role will include:

• Leading and coordinating multiple construction projects across various sites
• Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability
• Implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align operational goals with business objectives
