Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Acorn by Synergie are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day ecommerce operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on variety, loves problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all customer service emails and phone calls across our two main brands
• Manage customer returns, refunds, and exchanges with high attention to detail
• Respond to customer reviews and monitor online reputation
• Follow up on voicemails and missed calls promptly
• Process and monitor all orders across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay etc)
• Supervise fulfilment team member and ensure order accuracy
• Download and analyse sales data for accurate stock forecasting
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels
• Identify trends in customer inquiries, returns, and reviews
• Report product issues, demand changes, and website problems to the owner
• Monitor competitor activity and report relevant insights
• Analyse sales performance across different channels
• Handle B2B orders and wholesale customer requirements
• Use design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) for product imagery and marketing materials

Person Specification:

• 3+ years experience in ecommerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, eBay experience essential)
• Advanced computer skills across multiple platforms and software
• Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical in our business
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing interactions
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
