Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility

We are looking for an experienced 'Operations Manager’ to lead the evolution of their administration function and help shape the future of their internal structure, processes, and team development.

About the Role:

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the Operations Director. You’ll re-engineer workflows, implement new structures, develop team progression plans, and help elevate service delivery across a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a new admin team structure and hybrid working scheme
• Create progression frameworks, appraisal, and bonus structures
• Manage recruitment and development of admin and Technical Adviser Support staff
• Monitor workflows, service standards, and annual review compliance
• Collaborate on technology and process improvements
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven operations/team management experience, ideally in financial services
• Strong understanding of workflow optimisation and performance metrics
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to implement training, appraisal, and reward systems
• Tech-savvy and confident in using systems to drive efficiency
