This is not just an operational leadership role; it's a strategic and transformational position for a proven change-maker. You’ll take ownership of the full supply chain lifecycle, from goods receipts through to warehousing, configuration, dispatch and logistics, to repair and refurbishments operations.
As the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Owning the entire supply chain operational lifecycle, from intake to reverse logistics
Leading and inspiring high-performing teams across repair, configuration, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain administration – setting performance goals, conducting regular 1-1s and providing feedback
Overseeing and transforming Repair & Workshop functions to meet OEM standards and deliver root cause analysis on service misses – ensuring the pipeline of work have resourced correctly and have the correct KPIs in place
Embedding a data-driven continuous improvement culture using Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent methodologies
Overseeing the supply chain and administration team and warehouse and goods inwards operations
Preparing and presenting reports on the supply chain operations, cost saving measures and working to budgets
Implementing data driven solutions to maximises efficiencies
We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Operations Manager who can lead people, transform processes and deliver performance across a fast-paced technical environment. Ideal candidates will bring:
Previous experience in end-to-end supply chain and logistics, including knowledge of repair and refurbishment operations
Proven success driving transformation and embedding continuous improvement practices
Experience working with WMS systems, configuration processes, stock accuracy and logistics coordination
An understanding of build to order and staging workflows Strong team leadership with coaching, performance management and mentoring experience
Familiarity with OEM warranty standards and workshop operations
