• Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations across key distribution sites.

• Deliver consistent performance against KPIs including efficiency, safety, service levels, and cost control.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.

• Drive a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and engagement of operational teams.

• Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and customer teams to support service excellence and business growth.

• Demonstrable experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors.

• Proven ability to lead large operational teams in a high-volume, time-critical environment.

• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and process optimisation.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
