Fantastic opening in Middleton for an Operations Manager to take the lead in managing a multifunctional team.

Well established team, identified a newly created role for a leader to bridge the gap between the SLT and the team. You will sit between the two in supervising, training, development, improving and executing!

Nature of the industry is service based, everything has to be regulated and signed off, therefore this role needs an individual with a keen eye for the detail who can spot anomalies and put out those fires. A real solutions driven Manager that's hands on, not afraid to get stuck in with the team.

You'll take full responsibility from weekly sales forecast meetings with the SLT then present through to the team, allocate work accordingly and support in areas of non-agreement. Slick operation in place, but they want your ideas to improve processes too!

You must be a good people person and communicator, someone who's straight to the point but fair, firm in approach, honest and approachable. You want your team to see you as a Manager, the line of duty clear as crystal but still be the person they feel they can come to in time of need.

You need to have a background in people management and leading a team within a similar office environment, however the above personality traits and skills are what matters most.

Benefits include 10% annual bonus, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home per week, working hours 9-5/ 8-4, free parking on site and lots of recognition awards and other incentives.
