My client is looking for an Operations Manager to join there commission's team due to internal progression. The role is varied and is ideally looking for someone with experience developing processes and procedures, excellent customer service and operations experience and team management experience.
The key duties will include:

• Managing a team of 3- Day to day management, coaching, 121s, appraisals etc
• Resolution of queries in a timely manner
• Assist with preparing profit and cash flow budgets as part of the annual budgeting process
• Provide timely and accurate data or analysis to support audits
• Collaborate with the wider business to enhance data accuracy and reporting integrity
• Drive continuous improvements in billing reporting and related processes
• Provide support and leadership on solutions to enhance billing and reporting

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes, with experience in operational roles within either a shared services environment or a contact centre.
