A great opportunity has opened up for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, transport, and after-sales. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll lead a small team, drive performance, and ensure the smooth running of core business functions.

You'll play a key part in embedding processes, managing performance, and aligning daily operations with long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, transport logistics, goods-in, and after-sales activity.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure operational support for commercial objectives.
• Supervise and develop a small operational team across logistics, warehouse, and listings.
• Ensure accurate product listings and preparation of items for sale and shipment.
• Monitor and deliver on SLAs and internal KPIs.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant.
• Manage and improve daily workflows, equipment maintenance, and health & safety procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and performance across departments.

What You'll Bring:

• Background in warehousing, transport, or distribution, with experience in logistics coordination.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with international shipping and understanding of customs procedures is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Clear communication, good organisational habits, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and embedding operational change.
