This company, based in Devon, have developed a new medical device that is about to go into mass production to be supplied across the globe. Having developed cutting edge technology and received extensive backing, this is an exciting time to join the company at the next stage of its growth. They are looking for someone to join them in an Operations Manager role to help drive efficiencies, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure smooth day to day operations.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. You will identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase productivity and profitability. The role will support the senior management team, developing operational strategies and financial forecasts. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to health and safety regulations. This is a relatively small business that are still growing so you will be involved in all aspects of the company's operations.

This is a multi-faceted, interesting role where you can stamp your image on a company and help drive forward this innovative product.

THE ROLE:
