Cassandra Goad is an established luxury fine jewellery brand with over 40 years of heritage, known for exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive design. We create unique client experiences both in our boutique and through carefully curated events.
We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to support Cassandra, the founder, with day-to-day operation of the business and help the team deliver a seamless client experience.
This is a practical, detail-focused role at the centre of the business. You will work closely with Cassandra and across all teams to ensure smooth operations - from managing calendars and suppliers to coordinating events and analysing client data.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities across admin, logistics, and light data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Operations
Support the smooth running of the business across all functions
Manage Cassandra’s calendar, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Act as a central point of communication across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
2. Events & Logistics
Organise and execute logistics side of events, liaising with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the agreed creative vision is delivered
Liaise with caterers, venues, and suppliers
Order and manage drinks, props, and event materials
Oversee event setup, takedown, and logistics
Manage storage and organisation of event materials (on-site and off-site)
3. Orders & Customer Operations
Ensure boutique and online orders are processed, packaged, and delivered efficiently
Work closely with the boutique team to maintain a high level of client experience
Oversee and improve boutique communication with clients, including gifting, follow up and relationship maintenance
4. Data & Analysis
Analyse client purchase history and behaviour
Maintain and organise client and operational data
Produce simple reports and insights to support decision-making
5. Systems & Problem Solving
Improve and implement operational processes and workflows
Coordinate IT support and resolve day-to-day operational issues
Ensure the business runs efficiently and proactively address problems
Please note this is an in-person role and you will be required to work occasional Saturdays throughout the year as well as all events.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in operations, or administrative roles (luxury or retail is a plus)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
Strong Excel skills (data handling and basic analysis)
Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
A practical, hands-on approach - willing to both plan and execute
Ability to use project management tools like Trello or Asana to track workflows.
Flexible, self-motivated and keen to flourish in a small and dynamic team.
