Location: Scotland (Edinburgh, Lanarkshire & Borders) Salary: Up to £52,000 DOE
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a major Leakage Framework contract across Scotland's South Region. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for operational performance, health & safety, people management, customer service and commercial delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead field-based operational teams across the region.
* Ensure contractual, customer and performance targets are achieved.
* Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.
* Manage budgets, performance data and operational reporting.
* Develop, motivate and support operational teams.
* Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Support recruitment, training, succession planning and employee development.
Essential Requirements
* Proven Operations Manager or Senior Operations leadership experience.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent health & safety knowledge.
* Experience managing operational performance and budgets.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to analyse data, solve problems and drive improvement.
Desirable
* Utilities, water, leakage or field operations experience.
