Our client is at an exciting stage where they are looking to grow the business and the team. They have big ambitions and are growing from an R&D led consumer products start-up to a developing manufacturing and assembly business working with range of consumer private and public sector clients.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the company's manufacturing and supply chain activities, responsible for managing a small operations and assembly team and personally lead purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, supplier relationships, and compliance standards to ensure efficient operations, cost management, and high-quality product delivery.

Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or related industries.
Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and certification processes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of development of ERP/MRP systems and processes
