The Role
*Managing and supporting a team of around 5 people
*Overseeing day-to-day operational activities
*Managing attendance, holidays and team performance
*Ensuring food safety, quality and company standards are maintained
*Monitoring stock and maintaining accurate records
*Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
*Supporting training and development within the team
*Driving continuous improvement and efficiency

The Candidate
*Previous supervisory or team management experience within food manufacturing
*Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
*Experience managing performance, attendance and employee development
*Confident working with systems and data
*Proactive and able to drive improvements
*Reliable, motivated and confident leading a team
