Operations Manager - Planned Maintenance
Location: High Wycombe - Hybrid
Salary: £80K - £100K + Benefits

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring excellent performance across programme, commercial results, quality, health & safety and customer satisfaction.

The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. You must have delivered these types of projects for a leading social housing refurbishment contractor and be able to use MS Project to be considered.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the operational and commercial performance of multiple contracts
Manage Contracts Managers and wider operational delivery teams
Ensure projects are set up and delivered in line with contract and business requirements
Monitor programmes, resources, procurement requirements and performance
Ensure contractual KPIs, reporting and service standards are consistently achieved
Maintain strong commercial performance and protect contract margins
Lead regular operational and strategic contract reviews
Oversee recruitment, performance management, training and development
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement across contracts
Take overall responsibility for operational health & safety performance
Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks
Ensure contracts are delivered to programme and client expectationsOperations Manager Experience:

Extensive social housing construction experience
Proven experience managing multiple contracts and operational teams
Strong commercial and contract management knowledge
Excellent planning and programming skills, including MS Project
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, resources and contract performance
Strong knowledge of CDM and health & safety requirements
Experience working with different forms of construction contract
Excellent client, stakeholder and supplier management skills
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
The ability to identify risk, implement change and improve operational performance
A strategic, proactive and commercially focused approachOperations Manager Salary & Package:
