Operations Manager

Insight Executive Group are working on an Operations Manager role for a leading global FM provider based in London.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in North London with a starting salary of up to £60k. This role will particularly suit candidates with FM experience within the manufacturing sector.

The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for:

* the operational delivery of all FM services (soft bias)

* working collaboratively with all the FM functions on the contract (in particular the Soft FM contract (cleaning and waste)

* establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels within the business and the client organisation

* ensuring the FM service provision with the contract is in line with the contractual SLAs, KPIs and other relevant performance parameters

* ensuring the integration of M&E and Soft Services to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful Operations Manager will be able to demonstrate:

* a managerial background in FM to add value to the management and delivery of both the Hard and Soft FM operations

* A sound understanding of FM and Commercial Operations.

* Degree educated (or equivalent)
