Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

⭐️ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
⭐️ Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
⭐️ Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
⭐️ Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
⭐️ Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.
⭐️ Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
⭐️ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance across departments and drive continuous improvement.
⭐️ Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.

Desirable skills:

3+ years of experience in a similar role (across a group structure desirable)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience managing CRM's (Salesforce experience desirable)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
