Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of various processes within the company. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for optimising workflows.As an Operations Manager at RedBite Solutions, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining efficient operations across the business. Your role will involve working with others on the team to improve our operations and suggest improvements in our operational processes. You will be part of a dynamic team, driving innovation and efficiency in our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
Physical Asset Management: Oversee the management of physical assets, including negotiation of deals, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely transactions. Using itemit.com application to track business assets.
Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make data-driven decisions to optimise operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and transparency across the organisation.
Training and Development: Provide support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of operational processes.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
Experience with project management tools.
Previous experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in itemit.com, Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Exposure to the tech industry, particularly in IoT or software development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Package:
Competitive salary, in excess of £40,000.
