This is a real multi-faceted role, where youll not only manage and lead the guest experience team and their daily activities at the heart of the attraction, but youll also champion, own, develop and drive the overall guest experience throughout the whole customer journey, working closely with all other departmental leads.
The guest experience team is responsible for essentially delivering the daily SEA LIFE experience for our guests. Whether thats developing and delivering insightful talks and tours, coordinating school groups and education workshops to VIP and behind the scenes experiences, your team is at the very heart of the experience.
As a busy operational attraction, youll lead on health and safety and ensure all areas of the business have robust risk assessments, standard operating procedures, and training frameworks in place.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.
Qualifications & Experience

Proven leader with a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences
Exceptional communication and people management skills
Operationally savvy with a knack for process improvement
Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and make decisive actions
Guest-obsessed mindset with a drive for continuous innovation
Experience in managing health, safety, and training protocols
Flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends/holidays
Brimming with energy, ideas, and a positive can-do attitude
