Operations Manager

for a London / UK caterer operating in the Commercial, Culture & Heritage venue sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well-regarded business that has an excellent reputation for bringing innovative catering solutions to a wide range of prestigious venues and clients. As a company they are passionately food led and believe in offering the highest levels of customer service to their clients.

Our client has some spectacular fixed sites & commercial venues in London and the south east equating to circa £15m turnover and features a mix of fast-paced food retail operations, casual & fine dining and events.

As the

Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of catering services across our diverse portfolio of sites. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service quality, and fostering strong client relationships.
Reporting directly into the MD this individual will be responsible for strategic client management, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple client accounts. Experience of managing similar volume turnover and leadership of a team of team of senior people is vital. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and client management skills.

must be immaculately presented and at ease in this demanding and competitive environment. Critically our client is looking for an individual with natural presence and charisma to build great relationships across the current portfolio.

It is vital you come from a similar background in multi-site Catering Management / Area Manager/ Operation's Manager within a contract catering industry or a retail catering environment – it is essential you have the aptitude and creative outgoing personality we are seeking – you must naturally be a leader and one that goes ‘above and beyond’
