In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our acclaimed Holiday Camp and Wraparound Care programs, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our high standards of operational excellence, child safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Summary:
As the Operations Manager, you are at the heart of our operations, tasked with the financial oversight, compliance, and overall operational success of our holiday camps and wrap-around care. You will be instrumental in upholding our Ofsted standards, enhancing our offerings in sports and physical activities, and leading a team dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Operational Leadership:

Strategically plan for peak holiday periods to maximise financial outcomes and maintain high occupancy levels across programs. Implement rigorous management processes to meet and exceed financial targets.
Compliance and Excellence:

Ensure all operations adhere to Ofsted regulations and our internal standards. Lead by example in maintaining a culture of compliance and continuous quality improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop robust relationships with partner venues, local authorities, sports coaches, playworkers, and the wider community. Drive marketing initiatives to bolster program visibility and engagement.
Team Management and Development:

Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain skilled, safe, and qualified staff. Foster a collaborative environment where knowledge and skills in childcare and sports coaching are shared and developed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualifications in Sport Development, Business, Childcare, Operations are all desirable
Proven experience in program management within childcare, sports, holiday camps or related fields.
Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex budgets.
Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience with Ofsted inspections.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
