Our client is a leading ICP and high voltage infrastructure management contractor who deliver full turnkey solutions major and complex projects within the renewable energy sector.

Due to expansion and an increased pipeline of works, my client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager should have a background in electrical engineering and a proven track record working within an ICP.

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously, ensuring each project is executed in line with budget and to specification
Overseeing the project management delivery team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and project goals are achieved
Deliver comprehensive reports to the Head of Operations, providing insights into project activities
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Adhering to Health & Safety policies and regulations, prioritising the well-being of team members and stakeholders

Requirements
Previous experience working for a ICP /DNO within senior management with experience working on HV projects
A HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering is highly desirable but not essential as well as a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, project management or a related field
Right to work in the UK without a VISA or sponsorship
UK driving license
